Israel-Hamas war: All living hostage have been reunited with their familes but the healing has just begun. There are now only 2 bodies left to be returned. The body of Yan Ben Yitchak, 25 and Sudthisak ben Thong Ma (Rinthalak), 43. (see pictures) remain. Also, the ceasefire contiues to be in jeopardy as Hamas has broken several rules affecting it. Other nations are supposed to be involved in the rebuilding of Gaza but has yet to occur.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asked President Herzog for a pardon to the charges brought against him from 2019. They had to do with taking expensive gifts and asking for favors. Pray this is resolved in a way that doesn’t split the government and that all sides can accept the decision.
The Iran-backed Houthis have arrested UN members and others accusing them of being spies for Israel. Some have been taken and released while others remain in jails throughout Yemen. Since 2021 the UN has reported that 55 of it’s members have been arrested. Many of those taken have been killed simply based on suspicion and not due process. Pray that the stronghold the Houtis have on the people of Yemen is broken.
The issue of Haredi Orthodox Jews serving in the military continues to divide the nation. The IDF needs additional resources to defend Israel and many men choose to study Torah instead of enlist. Pray that a sound resolution can be attained and more men join the military in some role.
